I first saw these guys in Austin during South by Southwest, quite entertaining.

Fanfarlo, often described as UK’s answer to Arcade Fire, have been tucked away in the studio the last couple of months to record the follow-up for their 2009 debut Reservoir. We’re finally hearing the first taste of that yet-untitled LP in the form of a new song titled Replicate, which comes with a cryptic video directed by Alex Southam. The new album was produced by Ben Allen (Animal Collective, Deerhunter, etc) and is expected to be released in early 2012.
